Mrs Fatima Shuja has become a seasoned cook. She has learned and improved her cooking skills under the guidance of Ammi. She knows how to cook Ammi’s recipes as she was directly instructed by Ammi during her lifetime. Together with Mr Shuja’s perfectionist cooking skills and taste speculations, Ms Fatima Shuja has mastered the art of cooking hygienic, flavoursome, traditional home-cooked Pakistani food.

She assists Tiffin by supervising everyday operations, checking the food, cooking, and work environment. She shares amazing recipes that she learned from Ammi and makes wonderful desserts.
